String of hearths Sweetheart Vine

A series of hearts (Woodii Celopegia) are plants as hidden in South Africa. Fine heart -shaped leaves and slender vines can reach a length of up to 12 ‘in their natural environment, and have received many nicknames of this plant, including rosary grapes and sweetheart vine.
